Clidacor T – Clindamycin Phosphate Tretinoin Gel

Clindamycin phosphate inhibits enzyme production and inflammation or activation factor by P. acnes on sebum. Tretinoin reduces follicular epithelial cell cohesiveness followed by the reduction of micro comedones. Besides that, Tretinoin stimulates epithelial cell mitosis and replaces it with new follicles causing blackheads or whiteheads to appear.

COMPOSITION
Each gram of CLIDACOR-T gel contains Clindamycin phosphate 12 mg and Tretinoin 0.25 mg.

INDICATION
For treatment of acne vulgaris with inflammatory lesions and blackhead or whitehead.

PACKAGING
Tube, 15 g.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

• Wash the face with mild or non-allergenic soap, and dry gently. Do not rub the skin with a towel or sponge.
• Wait 20-30 minutes to complete drying (use of drugs on the wet skin can cause irritation to the skin).
• Apply a thin layer on the pimpled areas once a day at bedtime.
• Consult a physician if they do not seem any improvement after 4 weeks.
• Wash hands after applying medication (Clindamycin phosphate tretinoin gel).
