Tretinoin decreases the cohesiveness of follicular epithelial cells with decreased micro comedo formation. In addition, Tretinoin stimulates mitosis activity and increases turn over of follicular epithelial cells causing extrusion of the comedones.
COMPOSITION
Each gram of cream contains Tretinoin 0.50 mg

For the topical treatment of acne vulgaris, to eradicate comedones, papules, and pustules.

Its ok. I dont felt any redness but just that skin was dry next day and thats normail with tretinoin products.
